Lance’s attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction ensures he always puts his clients’ best interests first.
Lance purchased, revived, and sold what became a multi-million-dollar manufacturer, wholesaler, and distributor. He managed manufacturing arrangements and purchase agreements with clients and suppliers in more than 20 countries across three continents. He seamlessly negotiated the sale and transition of the business achieving a higher-than-expected outcome. He is recognized as a commercial visionary with the proven ability to lead large-scale change and execute multinational growth opportunities across sales, product development, and manufacturing functions.
Building off of his real industry experience Lance provides a business valuation range that sellers can trust and assists entrepreneurs with an exit strategy that will work for them. He has the expertise to relentlessly market small and lower middle-market companies to interested parties and guide owners through the highly complex process of ownership transfers.
Lance is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) with the Alliance of M&A Advisors and has a Master of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Marriott School of Accountancy at Brigham Young University. Lance is a member of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, and the International Business Brokers Association.
